Dental Insurance
We are happy to file claims for all other major PPO insurance plans in order to help you maximize the benefits available to you. Most dental insurers focus on prevention. This means that nearly all preventive services are covered at 80 to 100% of the cost of care for our patients, whether their plan is in-network or out-of-network. Most plans also provide coverage for conservative dental restorations like fillings and dental crowns, tooth replacement solutions like bridges and dentures, and in some cases, orthodontic treatments like braces and clear aligners.
In-network dental offices have an agreement with the insurer to charge a specific price for covered services. This agreed upon treatment pricing is what your insurer deems to be fair and average. Out of network dentists may not charge the fees outlined by your dentist, but your PPO insurance provider will still cover the percentage of their specified treatment costs. In some cases, out of network dentists may charge a slightly higher price for their services, but for the most part, these prices are very close. You may have a slightly higher out of pocket cost when the dentist pricing is higher than your insurer’s.
Our team works hard to keep our pricing within the range insurers deem to be fair and average, so you never have to worry about any additional fees. Whatever PPO dental insurance plan you have, we will do the leg work to ensure affordable pricing and complete coverage. We also do all the work to track claims, follow up on any delays, and help you jump through the hoops you may encounter when dealing with insurance companies. If you need more specific information regarding your particular plan, no problem – feel free to contact our team!
Financial & Payment Information
Paying for needed dental care shouldn’t have to be overly complicated or a struggle. Our team is happy to provide a variety of convenient financial options that make this process quick and easy for any dentistry patients. We ask that patients be ready to pay for the out of pocket portion of their treatment costs at the time of service. We accept payments in cash, check, and major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Our treatments are affordable, and we are happy to process and file your dental insurance claims to maximize coverage. We also provide in-house financing options to allow patients to pay off the costs of their dental care over the course of several months. We split up your treatment costs with interest-free payments spread over the course of 3, 6, or 12 months. We want our patients to have access to the dental care they need at a price that fits their budget.
